Mark Hancock

Mark Hancock was born and raised in Wooster. He is a graduate of Wooster High School and Kent State University. Mark Joined Hancock Insurance in April of 2003 as a producing agent and became the owner of the agency in 2009. Mark currently lives in Wooster with his wife and two children. Mark is an active member of Wooster Church of the Nazarene where he has participated in many ministries over the years and is currently serving on the board. Mark enjoys woodworking and restoring antique cars. His current project is a 1965 Ford Galaxie.

 

Sheri Boals

Sheri Boals was born and raised in the Sterling area. She is a graduate of Norwayne High School. Sheri has been a producer with Hancock Insurance since April 2007. Sheri began her insurance career in 1978 and has worked in both the independent agency system and the company side of the business. Sheri is an active member of  Quota of Wayne County. She has two daughters, Kayla and Hannah. Kayla is married and her husband, Brant Duncan, is a producer in the agency. Hannah is an RN. In her free time, Sheri enjoys heading to Lake Erie to spend time at her camper with friends and family.

 

Brant Duncan

Brant Duncan started at Hancock Insurance in 2012 and left the agency in 2014 to gain company experience. Brant worked for two super regional insurance companies in both commercial lines and claims. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Insurance Studies. In January of 2019, Brant returned to the agency to serve the community that he loves. Some of his hobbies include traveling and tasting bourbon. Brant and his wife recently traveled the Kentucky Bourbon Trail! He resides in Wooster with his wife Kayla and daughter Claire.
